How long could it take to heal a minorly fractured elbow (for a teen)?

Six weeks. It depends on the type of fracture - an elbow fracture may involve the radius, the ulna, the humerus, or a combination of the three. It also depends on the severity of the injury and other health conditions (diabetics and smokers tend to heal more slowly). In general, though, a teenager with an elbow fracture should heal the fracture in about six weeks.
6-8weeks. Does depend on bone ( humerus, radial and ulna all come together)broken and any other healing issues. Non-displaced from your comment non-comminuted per your comment not open youth is an asset!
