I have small red bumps on my vagina. I thought it was from shaving but im not so sure that's the case anymore. What could they be?

Skin irritation. There are many causes of bumps on the skin outside your vagina - including having a reaction to shaving (the hair follicles become inflamed) other causes can be of more concern, so if it isn't better soon, you might want to have it looked at.
