Does fibromyalgia cause lower buttock pain?

Tender points. I agree with ali. Fibromyalgia is characterized by multiple tender points, widespread deep muscle pain, fatigue, and depression. There are tender points scattered over the neck, back, chest, elbows, hips, buttocks, and knees. See your doctor to clarify.
Fibromyalgia. Pain in different locations, along with other symptoms. Localized pain could mean other things. Consult your primary care doctor.
It can. but remember Fibromyalgia must have way more other symptoms than just buttock pain to be considered Fibromyalgia. Likely besides the Fibro, you may have sciatica, facet arthritis, muscle pain, etc that needs to be worked up. Recommend seeing a pain/spine specialist.
Associated with. Pain in the lower buttocks, called sciatica, is a common concomitant of #fibromyalgia, with pain aroused by focused pressure on a "pain point" in this region. Imo, sciatica is from presacral plexus impingement by unstable sacroiliac joint; due to multiple childbirths, and/or joint hypermobility syndrome, and/or prior lumbo-pelvic mechanical injury.
