I ovulated 4 days ago and I currently have cramps in my lower abdomen. My husband and I have been trying to have a baby so I am not sure what it is?

In brief: May need Dr.'s exam

A young and healthy woman can have an irregular period, cramping, or other menstrual symptoms once in a while.
If the symptoms are brief, plus she returns to normal quickly, and then has normal periods after that, it's not too worrisome. A primary care doctor or an ob-gyn doctor should evaluate if a patient gets prolonged, recurrent, or worrisome symptoms.
