Can you have a glocma attract after having a procedure to release pressure?

Yes. Yes. Increased intraocular pressure and/or a glaucoma "attack" may occur after any procedure to lower the eye pressure. You need close followup after any glaucoma treatment (laser or surgery).
Uncommon. I am guessing you had a trabeculectomy or a stent insertion. These allow the internal fluid of the eye to flow out and this lowers the internal pressure. Mostly these lower the pressure terrifically (less than 4 or so) with a gradual build up. Uncommonly, the new outflow can be blocked with tissue, bleeding or some mishap. You operative ophthalmologist will monitor this closely.
