What is the difference between aneurysm and muscle fasciculation?

Both abnormal. Aneurysm is an abnormal dilatation of blood vessel , flickering of muscle fibers or bundles is muscle fasciculation.
Major difference. . Aneurysm is a ballooning or stretching of the wall of an artery. Muscle fasiculation is just a twinge or rapid little contractions of muscle fibers.
Aneurysm is arterial. An aneurysm is an abnormal swelling in a blood vessel, usually an artery. They can be located anywhere, but usually in the aorta (the main blood vessel in the chest and abdomen), legs, or brain. Most do not cause symptoms but they can be quite dangerous. Muscle fasciculation is when a muscle twitches or spasms abnormally. It is not caused by aneurysms and is usually quite harmless.
