I have periodic tingling in my left wrist and fingers. What could this be?

Carpal Tunnel. This could be carpal tunnel syndrom which is a pinched nerve in the wrist that causes tingling in the thumb, index, middle and ring fingers. See a hand surgeon for a correct diagnosis.
Nerve. May represent intermittent nerve compression at elbow or wrist. If left arm is a problem, not right, might consider heart issues, perhaps. Unlikely to be decreased blood flow into the arm, but is of possible causation perhaps. Focal tingling is not of medication origin.
