Hi, 6months back I had a virginal delivery it was my 2nd pregency I am 25years old my weight 78kg I want to loose 25kgs which was my pre pregency weight. Please advice me wen can I start exercising running jogging jumping?

Start any time now. Having a family n work makes it more challenging to find time to exercise, but you have the will, you will find the way to do it. Many women start exercing shortly after birth once the pain/discomfort of child birth has subsided. Start out easy and increase overtime. Chose methods that fit your lifestyle/work/family--living healthy is a life-time commitment. Eat well. See doc regularly. Good luck.
