What are symptoms of advanced osteoarthritis in the neck and how is it treated?

Pain. Degenerative changes in the cervical spine can cause neck pain as well as symptoms in the arm (radiculopathy) with pain, weakness and numbness. Sometimes, compression of the spinal cord can cause myelopathy.
Pain. Arthritis is in the neck causes pain, muscle stiffness, decrease in the range of motion. Also, loss of disc height and its instability may cause nerve and even spinal cord involvement causing numbness and tingling in the upper limbs, muscle wasting/weakness etc.
