Could a torn labrum in the shoulder be healed with physical therapy?

In brief: No
Although therapy can not heal a torn labrum, it may restore strength motion and provide enough pain relief that no further treatment may be needed.
If it does not help that surgery may be recommended.

In brief: Depends
It really depends on how the labrum is torn.
It can be torn from the bone, or torn to form a flap. Generally the flap doesn't heal but the one from bone can. If you didn't have a injury and it was diagnosed on an mri, it probably is not torn.
