In brief: Good diet, rest

A diet with adequate protein, and resting the affected part.
In some dislocations, physical therapy is important, not to speed healing but to maintain strength and reduce "freezing" of ligaments and tendons. There are experimental techniques to heal bone fractures with electrical fields, but a dislocation is a soft tissue injury and needs time and good nutrition. Vit d + calcium might help -ask md.
