In brief: Yes

Sle can deactivate after kidney transplant and cause graft damage.
However, proper aggressive immunosupression regimens are effective in treating both rejection as well as preventing sle recurrence.

In brief: SLE

SLE may come back, but graft loss is very uncommon.
In patients biopsy may shows changes of SE, but they don't tend to have damage to the kidney. In most patient, there is no recurrence of disease. best to luck
