Have nodules 1.1 CM in upper right lung and 2 nodules 1.4 CM and 8mm in left thyroid all non calcified. What do I do?

Thyroid nodules. The american thyroid association recommends fine needle aspiration biopsy of all thyroid nodules over 1 cm. See an endocrinologist.
See your doctor. Nodules in the lung a very common, almost always benign, but depending on your age, family history, smoking history, and the appearance of the nodules, there are varying means of proving they are benign. These include everything from doing nothing, to surgery to remove a nodule. I suggest neither of these extremes in your case, but do suggest you see a doctor who sees a lot of nodules.
