Is it safe for me to eat cured or smoked foods during pregnancy?

Here's the diet. Eat only meats, fish, and poultry and eggs that are fully cooked. Avoid unpasteurized dairy products and fruit/vegetable juices. Wash fresh fruits and vegetables under running water before eating. Avoid raw sprouts. So to answer your question.....Only if fully cooked.
Yes. It is better to eat this in moderation. Less is better, though.
