In brief: Conjunctivitis?

The causes of your short description are too numerous to count.
The most common causes would be allergy, viral/bacterial conjunctivitis, trauma such as eye rubbing, etc. I would go see an eye doctor for an evaluation.

In brief: Allergy/infection/FB

Red, watery eyes will mean irritation from some agent.
Common culprits are allergies, infection or foreign material. Dust, hair spray, eyelashes etc. Can all cause one eye to be red & drain.Infection generally will affect both eventually as will allergy.
