Since having pain on your right shoulder (i don't cause), you likely have been sleeping on your left side for longer than usual, thus can put pressure on left hip area (bursae) and possibly causing hip bursitis (just guessing). Since these pains are new for you, consult your doc for eval/treatment. Motrin/aleve may help. Good luck.
