Only re: nausea . No, hasn't any known clinical effect in "helping" with colon cancer, and by that i assume you mean retarding it's progress.
Enough of it. May make you forget your diagnosis, but there is no good clinical evidence to suggest it can treat, cure, prevent colon cancer.
