In brief: Not normally
If you are in a completely uncomplicated pregnancy and have been used to that level of activity prior to pregnancy, it should not cause any problems with the pregnancy.
Later in the pregnancy, this can lead to increased leg and back pain with increased weight and increased lumbar lordosis, but should still be safe in an uncomplicated pregnancy. Hope this helps!

In brief: Yes
Pregnant women should be physically active, exercise and in most cases can continue their normal work routine.
Standing may be uncomfortable but not dangerous. Leg stockings help decrease swelling. Pregnancy support belts help with back pain. Women with preterm labor or a short/incompetent cervix should check with their doctor for specific restrictions.
