Are there any good over-the-counter medicine for internal hemorrhoids?

Yes. First line treatment of hemorrhoids involves stool softeners, a healthy high fiber diet to bulk stools, possible suggestion of lubricants to ease the passage of hard stools, sitz baths ( warm water) to ease discomfort and swelling, gentle hygiene with moistened tp or medicated wipes--all otc, not brand name specific and widely available anywhere. If symptoms persist, see your doc for other rx!
Answer. So far you have plenty of cream or wipes, if it doesn't work go to your doctor for a prescription.
