YES!! The most common cause of kidney failure and dialysis is due to high blood pressure esp if you also have DM. K damage can cause high BP. If the kidney disease came first then that may be cause of HBP. If HBP came first then that may be cause of Kidney problem. Need more information. Most Drs here can't read your mind.
