In brief: Not good for most
Patients on dialysis have very little or no kidney function.
This leads to a higher risk for heart disease and is one of the leading causes of death with many times the risk compared to normal population. Any measure to reduce the risk is beneficial including improoving the lipid profile ie reducing "bad" cholesterol and avoiding saturated fats is one way of doing so.

In brief: Any?
Sounds extreme but minimizing is good for everyone regardless of dialysis.
