Is it better to have dessert in the morning than in the evening with regard to weight control?

In brief: Weight Control

Think of food as fuel.
If you pair your food with your activity then rather than store calories in fat you will tend to burn calories for work. Simple sugars are quickly available to the body so if you eat them and relax or go to sleep your body will tend to store the extra calories until you have work without food. Eating most of your calories earlier in the day to use while active is best.

In brief: No dessert!

With regard to weight control & healthy lifestyle it is better to avoid what is typically dessert, i.
e., foods with loads of sugar, white flour, processed ingredients, cooked to death fruits. These foods have a high glycemic index, high calorie count and very little nutrition. If dessert is a must better options are fresh fruit, raw nuts, dark chocolate, plain yogurt, small amount of cheese.
