What treatments, drugs, or vitamins would you suggest for iron-deficiency anemia?

In brief: Diet, oral iron

First, the dietary intake of iron has to be maximised with green vegetables, red meatsand other iron containing foods.
Use of vitamin c can maximise iron absorption and finally supplemental iron as oral pills and occasionally Folic Acid supplements are a big help.

But the most important thing is to find out why you are iron deficient.
