In brief: Yes

Early (<12wks), the baby is well protected by the pelvic bones should you take a fall while skiing.
Later, when the uterus grows above the pelvis, a hard fall on your abdomen could cause injury and complications. Although skiing early in pregnancy carries little risk of fetal injury, consider that nausea and vomitting may be a problem, even with activities that don't usually cause that.

In brief: Ask your OB

As your OB knows your pregnancy situation and if u are a good skier or not because the problem is not with the skiing but if you fall, could be disasterous so if u want to be sure wait till after u have the baby because if something happened while skiing you would feel guilty and bad for the rest of your life most likely.
