In brief: You can't
It is a burn, and will require 3-7 days for the reddness to lighten.
Prevention is only real option, in future, use a sunblock.

In brief: Cold compresses
Apply cold compresses with cold water or cold milk.
Take Aspirin or ibuprofen. Benadryl (diphenhydramine) or other antihistamines can help with the itching. Do not pop the blisters. If the blisters do pop, you may need to see a doctor for an oral antibiotic in order to prevent spread of infection. Wear loose comfortable clothing made of 100% soft cotton--avoid synthetic or irritating materials.
