Does the flu cause nosebleeds?

No. But a cold virus could. If you have nasal congestion as part of this, it may not be a flu virus. People get nosebleeds this time of year from allergies, so it's not impossible to have a nosebleed and havethe flu, i just don't think the two are really connected.
