Treated best with psychotherapy in combination with antidepressants.

Depressed or sad mood, loss of enjoyment in pleasure able activities, appetite changes, excessive guilt, fatigue, concentration/ indecisiveness, suicidal thoughts or thoughts about death, and sleep problems.
