What are the possible side effects of long term use of sudafed pe and rhinocort together with alcohol?

Difficult to say. Sudafed and rhinocort are for chronic rhinitis which is a benign condition. Excessive alcohol use is always a major health concern. Limit your alcohol intake to no more than 7 drinks a week. None if you're pregnant.
See below. Sudafed pe and alcohol may have additive effects such as making you more hyper, or increasing your blood pressure, in extreme cases causing a stroke or heart attack. Rhinocort is mostly safe. Long term use of anything, especially alcohol, but also sudafed pe, is not good for you, consult your doctor for alternatives.
