Skin itches and rashes form in some locations. Only happens in the summer, this is the 2nd year. Rash occurs on exposed and non-exposed skin.
Fungal likely. Usually occur in groin, armpits, under breasts, but occur anywhere where u sweat more. Fungus are notorious for reappearing during summer time as they like moist conditions.
