In brief: You can't

Toe fungus is very difficult to treat.
You need dermatologists to help.

In brief: Not likely

Toenail fungus is hard to cure even with all the interventions available.
Topical therapy only works 15% of the time. Oral 65%. Laser 70%. Home remedies of tetre oil, white iodine and organic cornmeal rarely work unless it is a very mild case. Go see a podiatrist. Look at www.Nomoreuglytoenails.Com for more info.

In brief: You can try

Things like tea tree oil and filing the toe nail.
But, i think the oral medications are the most effective and as long as there are no contraindications to you taking them - they are the most efficacious treatment currently on the market.
