I was recently treated for a yeast infection and bv..And ialways under impression BV was std..Is it common to have yeast and BV at same time?

Borh infections can occur concomittantly(at the same time), but is not as common as each infection occuring separately.
Bacterial vaginitis is not an std, however recurrences may be misdiagnosed and chllamydial cultures should be done in that instance. Chlamydia is a std.
