In brief: That's good control

I hope you meant 3 hours after eating.
Your blood sugar is not in the hypoglycemic range after eating so you are not getting too much medication. Congratulate yourself (and your doctor) and keep up the good work.

In brief: Discuss with doc

Congratulations on the improvement.
But don't make changes in medications without first discussing with fp/diabetologist who is managing your diabetes. What are your fasting blood sugars? What was your most recent hba1c? Are your postprandial (after meal) sugars consistant [usually measured 2 hours after eating]? Are you having low sugar episodes? These are things to discuss with doc.
