Anntanimical narrow angle trestment?

Laser. If you have anatomically narrow angles which are found to be occludible by your eye doctor, you need tohave a laser treatment on both eyes (peripheral iridotomy) as soon as possible.
Get another opinion. "anatomically narrow angle" refers to the space in between the cornea and the iris being "crowded, " supposedly placing you at risk for an acute glaucoma attack. But evaluating an angle is an art. And if you are at risk, you may need a laser iridectomy (hole placed in your iris). Before proceeding with the laser surgery i would seek a second opinion from a glaucoma expert.
