What vitamin is associated with swollen tongue? Is tongue larger every day if deficiency?

Vitamin B12. A deficiency in vitamin B12 causes what we call pernicious anemia. The common triad of symptoms are paresthesias (areas of numbness on the body); weakness; and a sore, somewhat swollen tongue. People usually acquire pernicious anemia as the result of a problem in their G.I. System which prevents them from absorbing vitamin b12, such as crohn's disease. Good luck!
B-2, B-3, B-5, B-12. The common vitamin deficiencies that are related to enlarged tongue are vitamins b-2 (riboflavin), b-3 (niacin), b-5 (pantothenic acid acid) and b-12 (cobalamin). From my understanding, the tongue will not overgrow your mouth.
