I thought the reason I was having vaginal dryness was because a Bartholin's cyst that I get sometimes. I haven't had in a very long time but still vaginal dryness. I haven't always been like this. But every since this cyst has formed I have vaginal drynes

Vaginal lubrication is caused by transudation of fluid from the veins around the vagina. If the cyst is interfering with the thought of having sex, then this would be the source of vaginal dryness. Vaginal lubrication is the equivalent of the male erection.
