In brief: Skin care
Concerns with teratogenic effects limit the use of accutane/antibiotics.
Even topical medications may be absorbed and should not be used. Frequent cleansing with mild mechanical exfoliation and use of hypoallergenic non-comedogenic moisturizers . Occasional use of fruit acids peels may also help.

Dermatology
In brief: Yes
Treatment is limited to topical Erythromycin or benzoyl peroxide only.
Other topical agents are not to be used in pregnancy. For pustules or cysts the use of a zeno would be safe because it is localized heat only. Check first with obstetrician what they advise.
