In brief: Many things

If you are 19, likely nothing serious but if you really don't feel well or the pain doesn't go away in a couple of days, by all means have yourself checked.
There are a number of serious conditions that may cause this, such as pneumothorax, pulmonary embolism etc - rare but possible. Or, it may be muscle sprain or indigestion.

In brief: Muscle

Most common is muscle esp w recent injury or stress, but could also be pleurisy, which is lung related and happens with deep breath.
Anti inflam like Motrin may help both.
