In brief: Depends
This depends entirely on stage and grade and tumor type.
Stage is best expressed using the tnm (tumor, node, metastases) system and survival estimates depending on clincal or pathologic tnm stage can be generated. However, high grade transitional cancers which have invaded the bladder muscle have a high risk of death vs low stage cancer, particularly if lymph node involvement is detected.
