Can a guy still have his growth spurt after 22 years old? Will he still grow at all?

Maybe. You would have to see if your growth plates are closed on x-ray . It would be very unlikely at age 22 for them not robe closed unless you went through puberty very late or had a delay.
Doubt it. If you entered puberty the same time as your friends & your bone maturity is that of a >17 yo there is little chance of growing taller.A single x-ray of your left wrist/ hand can be assessed for bone maturity.If >17, you are done growing, if bony maturity is more like 14 you might grow an additional couple of inches.There are no magic solutions if your growth centers are closed.
