To get to my new college it takes 2 buses. I get severe travel sickness - what can I do? 2 years I will need to take bus. Long term treatment?

See a doctor. The reason for such severe motion sickness should be looked into. If necessary, medication to diminish the nausea is available, but this may make you quite sleepy and interfere with classroom learning. Consult with your doctor or student health or with an ENT doctor.
Meclizine. Try a mild antihistamine for travel sickness like meclizine. You can take it when you need it for all of the two years without a problem. There are over-the-counter equivalents. Ask your pharmacist.
