In brief: Sleep on side

It can be very difficult to find the right position, and it may change depending on the baby's position and activity.
Many find it comfortable to be on the side with a pillow between the knees. Often with the knees drawn slightly up towards the chest. Good luck.

In brief: Head elevation

It is helpful to use several large long pills to rest against as well as elevating your head a little to assist with breathing and decrease reflux symptoms.
