In brief: No

Lyme is a disease that is spread by the bites of tics to humans.
The only way to prevent lyme disease is to use proper insect repellant ( with deet ) to avoid getting bitten by the tics. If you are in wooded areas or areas where lyme is prevalent, make sure when you get home you check yourself and all others in your family for tics embedded in your skin. Remove them as soon as possible.

In brief: Best approach-avoid

If you live in an area common to the lime tics , your best prevention is using adequate repellents & being very deliberate in bathing after a trip into the wild.
The tick needs to feed on you for a day or more to get the transfer going that might pass the germ to you. It is not as quick as a simple bite. Popping a pill before you go doesn't work & would lead you to ignore the possibility.
