In brief: No

I would tell you to avoid it completely.
Tongue cancers are associated with papilloma virus, tobacco use (smoking, chewing), poor dental hygiene, poor nutrition, some vitamin deficiencies, other topical irritants and alcohol!

In brief: Not with some chemo.

Alcohol should not affect tongue cancer, however it might if you are on chemotherapy.
