In brief: Ranitidine

Ranitidine 150-300mg daily could help.
Do no lie down for 2 hour after eating, reduce caffeine intake.

First, I'd avoid spicy or fatty foods. Next I would try TUMS. If those changes don't work, Pepcid or Zantac are also safe.

In brief: Small meals to start

First, eat smaller meals more frequently in pregnancy.
Your stomach doesn't empty as quickly making heartburn worse. If you still have trouble, try Tums or other antacids. If this isn't helpful, Pepcid (famotidine) can be used in pregnancy to relieve heartburn. Be sure to talk to your doctor to make sure these are safe for you.
