In brief: Not completely

You cannot completely prevent endometrial cancer.
You can lower your risk by maintaining a healthy weight, exercising 30 minutes per day, taking birth control pills for one year or more, and avoiding estrogen-alone hormone replacement therapy after menopause.

In brief: There are certain

Things that can decrease chance of uterine cancer.
But it can not be prevented 100%. 1. Having children especially more then one decreases chances of uterine cancer. 2. Taking oral contraceptives decreases chances of uterine cancer. 3. Maintaining a healthy weight ( not overweight) also decreases chances of uterine cancer.
