Antibody titers needed for blood when first pregnant?

Yes. It is standard practice to test both rubella and HIV antibodies early in pregnancy. Typically one also gets an antigen test for hepatitis b, and a test for syphilis (sometimes an antibody test, and other times a different test is used). Additional tests such as a complete blood count, blood type, rh typing, urine analysis are standard as well. See your ob; they'll do the right tests.
