What can I do to stay entertained during bed rest?

Healthtap :) I always recommend patients on bedrest have a laptop to help pass the time. Now i encourage patients to use healthtap as an education tool to help learn about their pregnancy. Having family visit, reading books and watching some favorite tv shows help too.
Keep on a schedule. Keeping on a daily schedule will help you stay sane during this really difficult time. Wake up every morning, wash, brush your teeth, and eat at regular times. In between, movies, books, knitting, visits with friends can all take your mind off of the fact that you are stuck in one place. Good luck!
