In brief: Yes
Most cataract surgeries performed today do not use sutures.
The procedure is performed through a 2.5-3.5 mm incision and at the end of the case is hydrated to form a self sealing wound from the internal pressure of the eye.

In brief: Depends
Are you asking about skin incisions or about internal surgery? Skin incisions can be closed with internal dissolving sutures and surgical glue in some instances & there are no visible external sutures.
Internally sometimes we use surgical staplers for "sutureless" surgery. Depends on what you are asking.

In brief: Yes
Natural orifice surgery involves passing special scopes and instruments into the abdominal cavity via the mouth, anus, or vagina.
This is currently offered in only a handful of centers in the country and should probably be considered experimental at this time but does hold promise for the future.
