How can I stay healthy at the track?

Regular days off. to improve performance and reduce injuries and burnout, regular days off are required to stay healthy.
Planned workouts. You should develop and follow a planned series of workouts. Helpful to ask a coach or trainer or join a running club. Be sure to develop a solid and strong base to build upon. Set short and long -term realistic goals and be flexible when things don't always go according to plan. Build in off days and flexibility. Rest and do not overtrain. Have fun. Encourage others.
