In brief: Yes.

It's okay to eat after an anxiety attack.
If you are throwing up, however, it may be wise to wait until your anxiety is under control before starting to take food.

In brief: Up to you...

There is no danger in eating after an anxiety attack.
Panic is from release of Adrenalin (fight or flight response). During an attack blood flow goes away from the gut to the muscles, so you can fight or run. After an attack you may not feel like eating, but if you do there is no harm in dong so. See a therapist who does exposure based therapy for panic disorder, as this is very treatable.
